It’s an old infection even after the Root canal sometimes lesion might not go .take a Opg it helps u to get good diagnosis and if the lesion is big then go for apicectomy and followed by medication , it helps u in getting better result .

Get xray of tooth to know the current status of tooth. If there is reinfection, tooth has to be re rc treated. If tooth is extremely decayed, get it removed.
