Yes it can damage the permanent teeth..can  you send me the pic of the front teeth which have fallen.. After that I would be able to tell you the proper treatment plan..

Injury at this age will not create any problem in permanent teeth as they are little away from milk teeth And if more information is required please post a pic also Thank you
