All the child teeth has been fallen
Hi, This is regarding my nephew, 10 years old. All his child teeth have fallen. It is frequently happening. He doesn't have any cavity. Almost 4 teeth have fallen in the last 30 days. Is it normal that all the child teeth will fall and grow? We are really worried. Please let us know. Thanks in advance.

Hi for all kids all child teeth will fall and permanent teeth will grow. At age of 10 this is very normal. Need not worry about this. If the permanent teeth are not growing within 6-10 months then visit a dentist and get it checked

Could you plz be a little more specific! Are his teeth falling due to caries/ decay or naturally? Which teeth are falling? If 4 teeth are naturally shedding, probably, it would be a normal shedding pattern ( possibly they are the same teeth in all 4 sides of mouth). This is the age when milk teeth will fall and will be replaced by permanent ones in next 2 to 3 years. It would be helpful if you could share a picture.

Could you please explain the reason why have they fallen? If they fell because of any trauma ... then it is a thing to worry.. of they fell off naturally then there should be no concern..
Next Steps
please click a picture of the patient and send across for more clarity

As child is of 10 years, so he is in mixed dentition stage. Normally milk teeth falls and permanent teeth comes between 6-12 years of age. So if milk teeth are falling, then it's normal. Better to visit a local dentist/Pedodontist for physical evaluation and treatment (if required).
