My teeth are getting yellow and a stone type hard layer seems to be on a few teeth.. I had visited the dentist and he cleaned my teeth but after a few years again the problem is the same... I want to know if there be any other option to Clean teeth and remove the plague.. Any cream, toothpaste, mouthwash or any safe home remedy... My teeth are healthy. I just want them to look good, without any chemical treatment. Please help me out.

If the deposition is more frequent u have to get ur teeth clean evry 3 months (no chemicals used ) this prevent damage to gums and also bone loss .
After eating food clean ur mouth , brush twice, mouth wash after 30 min of brushing should be done and try to chew fibrous food they prevent deposition on tooth and clean the teeth and also fat food like ghee or butter they make tooth slippery and prevent the deposition on it .
By following above steps u can control the gum problems to some extent
