Your teeth appear healthy and within a normal natural shade. Mild yellowish tones are common and don’t mean poor oral health. I’d recommend professional scaling and polishing first, as it removes stains and usually improves brightness significantly. Bleaching is not mandatory—it’s purely cosmetic and can be considered only if you want a whiter shade after scaling. A dental check-up will help you decide the best option for your smile.

Firstly scaling and polishing is needed to get your natural smile. Or if you want extra whiting of your natural teeth then other option like bleeching, veener are come but if you want your natural smile then scaling and polishing are enough.

Hello sir. At present, your teeth look healthy with mild extrinsic staining. I would recommend scaling and polishing first. After that, we’ll reassess the shade. Bleaching is optional and only needed if you want a lighter shade cosmetically

Your teeth look healthy — there’s only mild natural yellowing, nothing alarming. Scaling once a year is great, but if you want a brighter shade, bleaching will give you better results.
