Like adjacent teeth start to shift towards missing place which can cause cavity in adjacent teeth, spacing and occlusion also disturbed. Hello ma’am The tooth that is missing is molar, which is very important for chewing food. If it is not replaced it will cause unnecessary biting or chewing force on other teeth leading to wearing off of those teeth . It will also cause movement in adjacent teeth. All teeth need an opposing teeth for maintaining their position. I’m missing tooth cases the opposite tooth will start erupting more leading to exfoliating of it. So it’s always advice to replace your missing tooth You can replace with implants and if you don’t have a good budget go for bridge.

If we don't replace a missing teeth, then adjacent teeth will start to move/tilt, tooth of opposite arch will move up/down(depending upon the missing arch). Both of these will cause space loss, and in turn reduced chewing efficiency. So, it is necessary to fix missing teeth.
Next Steps
Do visit a local dentist for treatment and physical evaluation.
