So u can go for removal without implants as they dsnt play any role in aesthetic and function !

3 rd molar is not important for human being in general for mastication.
Have one OPG for the relation of root and ID nerve canal and get it extracted surgically if needed by a Dental Surgeon.
No need of replacement of the 3rd molar i,e no need to have implant.
