First u need to get an xray done fr proper diagnosis of ur condition. If it's an infected 3rd molar den it needs either rct or extraction depending upon ur xray or checkup. Till dat continue doing warm saline rinses 5-6 times a day.

Hello ma’am You need complete check up with an X-ray to understand the cause of pain of third molar. After that we can tell you the exact treatment to relieve pain. Pain can be of multiple reasons like erupting third molar, infection in third molar. If there is infection then it has to be treated I.e. root canal treatment or extraction.
