Upper right wisdom tooth is carious / decayed If you having sensitivity with that tooth , if your mouth opening is good and want to save that tooth you can proceed with Direct or indirect pulp capping . Or can proceed with Extraction with same . 2ndly on lower left side there may be impingement of cheek . Here in left side can proceed with Extraction. Thanks !
