Tooth and Mouth Problems

Please see attached x-ray of my lower teeth( left side first molar). Please suggest whether to replace with implant or RCT with cap can be done? Thank you.

My front teeth is 90% rotated than the normal. I want to know which specialized dentist will be suitable to solve the issue.

Tooth pain last 2 days. Last evening very severe. A month before dentist advised root canal. I postponed. Now severe pain. Seems severe inflammation. Please suggest an effective antibiotic & anti inflammatory to relieve pain. Planning to go to dentist in a couple of days

Few months ago, one of my permanent tooth started coming out. As the last tooth, baby teeth, was already there so it had no vacant space to come out. I procrastinated from visiting the dentist. Result was that the permanent tooth had fully grown above my baby teeth. I somehow removed baby teeth making space for permanent one. Now, its over 5 months and the permanent tooth is still there, although it has vacant space below it. Please help me out.

From last 7-8 days I feel a weired smell as I got up any time even in day time. But in morning it is higher than day time after sleeping. I am also going through some stomach problem like gasetic. So plz consult me the problem what should I do. And wht it may be.

It feels most of the time to itch n press the bottom of front teeth in lower jaw. I consult to dentist n after informing her that I had met an accident 5 years ago...she had made an xray n suggested for root canal...I gone through the first step of it i.e. after cleaning she put medicine inside...now it is fourth day yet no significant improvement I am feeling...after ten day she told me to start the final step ...will that thing solve the problem or not...n is it correct procedure to get rid of my problem... I have yellow teeth since childhood. Anything that I eat leaves stains on my teeth and after eating my teeth looks more yellow. I brush twice a day. What can be the cause of it and is teeth whitening a better option?
