Tooth and Mouth Problems

I used a table amoxycillin and I think as a reaction of that , back of one of my front teeth became somewhat black and even a small cut in which the food is stuck and I have noticed this cut only after use of that medicine and I don't feel any pain.lather the doctor has given me another medicine to reduce it but it is same what should I do

Is there any way for whitening teeth other than bleaching, what are the side effect of bleaching.

Hi doctor, I recently got my wisdom tooth extracted on Saturday. It was horizontally implanted and the doctor cut the tooth into 2 part and then pulled it out. It's been 5 days now. I have been taking pain killer- voveran Sr 100. And my doctor had asked me on Tuesday to extend it for another 5 days. The pain is excruciating as soon as the effect of pain killer is gone. I am unable to understand for how long will it continue? I have pain near my ear. Is everything alright? Is this normal.ie 5 days pain.
