Tooth and Mouth Problems

Enamel erosion and random sensitivity after radiotherapy. Saliva is decreased. Radiation was done in dec 2014 to jan 2015.

I want to get my wisdom tooth removed. I got the x-ray done in November 2016. Will it be enough for the procedure. I also need to know the recovery period.

When ever i talk my mouth smells .i got this problem few weeks back but i thought it will be ok by it own but its stinking too much

I am a patient of tmj disorder including neck pain and upper back pain. So after many reading about it i am really confused. Because some say it is best to treat tmj with physical therapy but others say it is best to treat tmj with dentist. And some say it is best to treat tmj with both the combination of physical therapist and dentist. So tell me which one is really effective for me in treating tmj? And what should I do now?
