Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am a patient of tmj disorder including neck pain and upper back pain. So after many reading about it i am really confused. Because some say it is best to treat tmj with physical therapy but others say it is best to treat tmj with dentist. And some say it is best to treat tmj with both the combination of physical therapist and dentist. So tell me which one is really effective for me in treating tmj? And what should I do now? Please help me about this topic.

Uppar back side teeth is paning too much i have route canal appomient on Wednesday but now its paning too much

I've been having jaw pain for about 3 days, it feels like my jaw is swollen, sleep is very uncomfortable, my jaws locks sometimes, I've had my tongue pierced for 5 months now, and i only had the jaw pain during my healing weeK but the pain is back and I wonder if it's because of the tongue peircings? I took tylenol didn't work, ibuprofen helps.
