Basically we need to diagnose the causes behind the turning brown of teeth. Are these stains only? teeth affected are few or is it generalized? Are other symptoms like pain or sensitivity associated with it? After diagnosis we are able to switch towards treatment plans like Scaling, bleaching or other treatment modules.
Next Steps
Patient should consult and thoroughly examine teeth and oral cavity.

You will initially need to undergo a procedure known as scaling. It cleans the teeth and gums of plaque and debris. After that you can go for bleaching if required. Sorry to say, I don't know any dentist in bokaro. I am a dentist in Nasik, Maharashtra
