Tooth and Mouth Problems

What to do when the doctor is saying that because of chewing tobacco, your teeth need grinding and removal, but I am not feeling any notches in my tooth. Then what to do ?? Should I go for removal of tooth ?? I am 56 years old. And because of less opening of the mouth, it will cause me much pain.

I got crowing, root canal treatment in left side also teeth filling, when eating left jwa feeling vain overlapping on right side near ear, after 5 day feeling sensation on right side jwa then suddenly one morning feel right side head size increased with sensation and throat jam d5ay elted left side head also increased, went dentist he told go neuro

Left side 5 teeth replaced now they r not in good(broken) and right side 1 teeth has problem. Now should I replace right side 4 as well
