Hello , You should visit a near by dentist as soon as possible also get a full mouth x ray done to see position of all your teeth as you are too young to lose any of them . Depending up on the present status of your teeth a treatment plan can be done . Also when teeth are sensitive to cold the cavity is generally in the state where only a filling can help . Do not delay your visit to the dentist
