Tooth and Mouth Problems

Ulcer round wounds on Tongue for the last two days. Painful. Cant even talk. Not able to eat . The small round wounds are redish and white i the middle.

I felt on the floor and one of the front two teeth has gone back little and it is not moving at all. I am not able to eat with the front teeth. Sir I want to ask that my front teeth will get back to its original position itself or it may required some treatment.

I am having class 2 jaw relation at left side of jaw 2nd class 1 at other...because of this there are lots of spacing in my lower anterior teeth ..nd gums are also reciding fast...please suggest best treatment....me too a dentist....

I have teeth coming out since childhood , and i heard about inman aligner which is very effective in very short notice, i would want to know about the expense for inman alignment

I have been undergoing dental treatment for 15 years and recently when I woke up one morning, I felt a little discomfort in my jaw, ever since then, I get a clicking sound when I open my mouth, jaw feels strained, headaches, muscle strain when I smile or talk for long, stressed muscles near temple region of the head and a tendency to sleep on the side with a headrest. Is there a way to make this go away?

I have a filling in my teeth. Bt also I can't chew hard food from that side teeth , the pain i unbearable , i also causes headache nd for this i can't sleep also from the last 3 days, should i remove the teeth or do again a refilling

How to  identify a  dentist  who specializes in cosmetic/asthetic  dentistry  but not a  general dentist.

My left cheak is getting swelling.a doctor suggested me to pull out my wisdom teeth.i want to know that how much pain i would get while pulling out my teeth

Flip surgery is recommended for me. How can I know it is absolute necessary. are there any options.
