Tooth and Mouth Problems

I lost my 4 teeths from front in accident, right now i am having a bridge which is temporary of course I want to implant all the 4 teeths, i consulted with some doctors but they are very expensive So how much it will cost per implant?

Tartar is constantly building up in my teeth. And it produces a very bad smell. I want to get rid of the tartar as soon as possible

I've noticed this on a few photos recently if the lighting is at an angle and not directly towards my face.
