Tooth and Mouth Problems

My son is seven years old . He is an active n intelligent kid but he used to put his thumb in his mouth even in this age . Also he is not able to speak a few alphabets properly .

2 week before , i am feeling cold & Hot liquids in teeth. I consult a dentist. he recommened to use the Paste ( sentim -sf). I use it. last 2 day, i am feeling pain in same side. i take pain killer it will affect only 4 hour . Now I am agian feeling pain . what to do?

I had my left lower jaw wisdom tooth removed 8 days earlier. But i still feel sensitive in that spot whenever i swallow any liquid specially the cold ones or even mildly cold ones to be honest. So i would like to know that is it normal to have such sensitivity and how long would it take to return back to normalcy? Also do i need to visit my dentist again? Plz help. Thank you.😊

Tonsil stone , enlarged tonsils ( also red) , looks like a lump on the back of left tonsil, throat pain , chest pain, coughing every 5 seconds. Teeth vibrating, white spots on tongue and cheek. Also my nose bled twice while sleeping? What is wrong??

I have never had such kind of problem until now. There is some kind of small reddish pores inside of my lips. And it causes a burning sensation when I eat or drink anything. And it's really not a good feeling when Google gives you answers about herpes and such. So please kindly help me here.
