Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got braces in June of this year. I fidget around with my braces a lot, and today, the wire just snapped in half.Now it's hurting my gums and cheek.

My tooth is paining intensively from last 5 days.i had tooth filling last year and that particular tooth is paining a lot.i tried medicines but no effect.please help
