Front teeth are coming outside
Hi my problem is my frontal teeths of both the sets upper one's and lower one's are coming outside.

It's little unclear if your teeth were always outside or with time it's coming outside if it's the latter case then you could be suffering from pyorrhea so you need a treatment for that first and then you need to go for alignment of teeth.
