Iam having extreme mouth sores from last 2 days, and not able to eat anything. It is increasing day by day and has reached into my throat. I ate chocolate cake in excess amount then it caused into high level mouth sore. I took B complex vitamin tablets for 2 days ,but its not giving any result.
