Tooth and Mouth Problems

About my upper jaw teeth alignment, because of that I don't have a good smile on my face so I need to go for a teeth alignment treatment for my upper jaw, and my lower jaw is front and my jaw looks behind the lower the jaw so so I have that smiling problem this is the main reason I wish to consult a Best orthodentist....

I am suffering from chronic pain in gums behind upper wisdom teeth. pain is more while chewing. if hard food is chewed (like raw carrot, roti )then pain will increase. when i stop chewing from that side of teeth, then pain will slowing subside. I have been to few dentists and underwent several scaling/cleaning but the relief is temporary.

In between a lower lip i have small crack and I m soo much worried about . I m thinking that i have cancer or what ? I m not experiencing any fever not any type of pain. Help me

I have pain in the wisdom tooth as it has decayed over time and need to get extracted as soon as possible

Because of uneven teeth I am feeling shy to laugh and it effects my confidence level and unable to speak freely

After blowing my nose too strong after a cold, I felt a clicking sound then a strange popping sensation from my jaw. Every time I open and close my mouth, it pops, like it does not close in a linear direction. It's been a year now and I later experienced pain that lasted for a week. The pain is gone now but I noticed irregularities on my face.

I have a very light approximately 1cm diameter brownish patch with red lining (very thin) surrounding it near right lower jaw . It is painless and flat there is no protruberence.I observed it a week ago. I feel that area soother than other.Dont consume tobbaco or alcohol.
