Tooth and Mouth Problems

I ma reshma, I am a woman, I am 28 years old, my problems is tongue sore, which had started since 2 years from ago after dental treatment and have at the present now. when I eat food, that time. to much burning feel.finger nail is not normal, hair fall, and iron lavel blow 20. so now I can do.

Toothache in third molar of upper jaw .it is more panic while taking chilled water .some times blood comes out when brush touches that infected region.it is also paining during handling even slightly.

Ive had a bump on my left lower mandible for several years now and has slowly increased in size, a few months ago another appeared on the right side, and after doing some research it seems i might have bilateral mandiblular tori. I was wondering if someone could take a quick look and tell me what they see

I had almost all type of symptoms of tmj disorder including neck pain and upper back pain. But with time as I am doing some exercises for tmj, I am feeling the symptoms are getting vanished slowly. Should I continue those exercises for improving myself or should I see a doctor immediately? If  I should see the doctor then which specialist should I see?
