Gutka tobacco chewing stains
I have intrinsic stains in my front three teeth because of chewing tobacco..i left chewing tobacco 5 months back ..now i need help as in how to get rid of these stains as all dentist tell me that stains wont go because they are intrinsic..some dentist suggested me for putting cap but i dont want to use cap ...plz help me

Try bleaching but need to see clinically to tell u exact results , but veneers and crowns are better and long lasting

As you mentioned that they are intrinsic stains, there are various treatment options. 1-  bleaching. 2- componeers 3- veneers 4- zirconia crowns The veneers seem to be the best option as they cut very little enamel of your teeth that is around 1.5-2 mm. And they are placed only on the outer surface of the teeth. Bleaching can be tried but as I have not seen your condition of stains, therefore can't suggest how far would it help. But as it is non invasive, you can try that too. The best option that I can advise is kindly visit a dentist and get the right treatment plan for yourself. Because every patient is different and everyones teeth are different.
