Swallon gum and bleeding gums

I have braces in my teeth for 3 months but from 2 months I have swallon gum problem. So I removed that braces 10 days ago but no use my gum problem I consult the doctor he had given medicines but not effected for 2 months. So I want your help for improving my gum problem or tell about which medicine is very strong effective for gum problem
