Node pain in neck
Had metal filling put into top 1st molar 2 years ago, metal filling is hitting a nerve now apparently. Experienced swollen face, swollen nodes in neck, was in extreme pain, on antibiotics but node in neck is still large and hurting, what do i do? i have been on antibiotics for 4 days now. Shouldn't my nodes in neck stopped swelling?

Mostly the filling which was done for you was very close to the nerves in the teeth also some decay infection would have remained back that time which has now spread to to the nerves of the teeth and beyond to the surrounding bone, gums and lymph nodes. Since you have not taken any X-ray of the same can't tell if the teeth can be saved by root canal treatment or has to be removed. Once the treatment of the teeth is done your lymph node swelling will come down.
Next Steps
Visit a nearby qualified dental surgeon as antibiotics alone will not help.
