Hello sir Your attached x ray shows already infection is there in your one of the roots which you can observe as a black small area at the end of the root which is towards your front tooth. I would like to explain that in detail. Basically if you have a cavity in the teeth and infection (micro organisms) enter inside the root through the cavity. It's no way that they can be cured just by medicine whether it's homeopathic remedies, allopathic medicine or ayurvedic. The infected area has to be cleaned. For example, if you have a boil in your hand, you would press it to drain from inside so that it heals. Similarly you have to remove the infection from inside and then take medicine simultaneously so that it helps. As your concern is whether anything else can be done... So I would like to tell you that filling should not be tried for it as the infection if packed with a filling may cause severe pain and sometimes, even swelling. So it would be a request to please consider your tooth as it's an important teeth in chewing.

It is frank case of tooth abscess involving the root apex.. the only scientifically proven treatment for the tooth is root canal treatment..there is no homeopathic or any natural  treatment for decayed tooth... Decayed tooth in the coronal portion is actually involving the pulp(nerve).Ask a dentist  near you for the exact treatment protocol and decay is involving the nerve
