Very sorry to know that you're suffering from pain it might be due to wisdom tooth dental problem it might be due to the wisdom teeth problem so it is better to take an x-ray and confirm diagnosis before we start with any treatment to control the pain and swelling I would advise you to start antibiotics and painkillers immediately consult your nearest dentist and preferably consult oral surgeon for getting your wisdom tooth removed thank you

Step one should go to a dentist step to take an extreme step three start antibiotics and painkillers step for after the pain and swelling subsides please go for removal of the wisdom tooth
