My teeth of ryt side is pai ing very much along with teeth ear of right side cheek n head is also paining ythere is also swelling in gum (jaw) n m also feeling swellen on corner of my eyes of right side nd cheeck also d pain is so intense tht m nt able to sleep..wht to do suggest me..

Hi mam...   The pain may be due to presence of wisdom teeth or the decayed teeth which cause spreading of infection periapically. First and foremost x_ray (IOPA AND OPG) should be taken to rule out the cause ... If it is due to wisdom tooth you need to undergo surgical extraction followed by analgesics and antibiotics.. If it is due to carious upper molar need to undergo Root canal treatment after the swelling and infection  subsided by antibiotic therapy....

Looks like the dental infection spread to adjoining facial muscles and putting pressure on nerve sending signals to eye (optic nerve) First consultant a Dentist get complete Dental examination done asap
