You need to visit a dentist and get an X-Ray done for the same tooth. This will help us localize the exact tooth that you are having trouble with. If the pain is with the same tooth that was treated earlier, you may need some prescription antibiotics, and may also need to do a repeat root canal treatment for that particular tooth.
