Root canal done in March 17, Ceramic cap fit at that time but after 4 months there is swelling and paining in the jaw of that teeth so What to do?

You need to visit a dentist and get an X-Ray done for the same tooth. This will help us localize the exact tooth that you are having trouble with. If the pain is with the same tooth that was treated earlier, you may need some prescription antibiotics, and may also need to do a repeat root canal treatment for that particular tooth.

This means that unfortunately the treatment has failed. Either a re RCT of the tooth can be done if the tooth is not in a very bad condition or extraction should be done.

Swelling and pain is indication that root canal has ma some issue. Please take X-ray of the tooth to diagnose the issue and then treat accordingly.
