There are atleast 7 or 8 varieties of crowns available based on material and budget of the patient.  Ceramics are better than metal crowns.  They are strong and mimic tooth colour and design well.  Metal free ceramics such as Zirconia and Bruxir are better..  Some Labs and Dentists even give warranties on them from 5 years to 15 years..  Ceramic caps range from 6000 to 20000 approx based on dentists and their experience. Fitting of cad cam crowns with metal free ceramics is the best.  They last really long and feel extremely natural in the mouth though they are expensive.  God bless.

Hi, choice of a cap depends upon the present condition of your teeth. Both metal and ceramic are good but ceramic will give you a good shade similar to the tooth. If you have a good budget, select a Zirconia cap, it has more advantage over metal and ceramic. Regards
