Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a tooth on the upper side in which that tooth is cemented in the middle of the tooth .That cemented tooth is over 6-7 years old and still in good condition .The reason it was cemented because it was little bit broken from the edges and also because of cavity.So do I need to go for filing on that tooth again after 6-7 years.Because I m experiencing little bit heaviness on that side of that tooth.Is it I am experiencing asymptomatic pain because of the generation of cavity on that tooth...plz any dentist spread some light on this question... Will be very grateful if any dentist consults on this question...

My left teeth is getting thin consulted a doctor so the doctor said i have to go through flap surgery. What is flap surgery. My doc said it will cost around 45000. What is flap surgery and how much does it cost?

9years long RCT tooth is paining.I want cause because that Is in right lower molar. Recently upper jaw molar RCT is done above the same RCT tooth.
