Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have white patch on my tooth after one month of root canal. Now there are white things are coming from white patch after eating food from the white bubble. Plz advise

There's an extra teeth growing in my mouth. Should i consult a dentist or leave it as it is. I have attached the image of the teeth.
