Tooth and Mouth Problems

My two years old son's upper four incisors has broken and fallen due to plaque. What should I do? Should I go for filling? Will it last in case of upper incisors? Or I wait till it fall and new grow out in it place? Will the plaque harm the future teeth if left untreated?

After periods of 2-3 months regularly  one time sudden in my teeth pain starts and that day bleeding from theeth occur. After bleeding in 1-2 days normal situation again come and it will remain normal 2-3 months. I have not taken any medicine for this till now. But I have used paste sensodyne & dant kanti ptanjali but there is no benefit. Please tell me right suggestion for this.

How much usually costs for tooth replacement through fully ceramic tooth  .ex removed the center teeth due to some issues .and doctor advised to put fully ceramic teeth and it costs around 7.5k and they are saying to do this process for adjacent teeth also(2 teeth +1 center teeth -22.5k) to support this teeth...is it mandatory to do the process for all the three teeths where the original issue is center teeth? Or is the amount is acceptable for this process.please advise
