Tooth and Mouth Problems

Report of CBCT of my left maxilla:-> "Periapical lucency measuring approx 6.0 mm in diameter and extending to involve the adjacent tooth 12 is noted.the lucency has thin,corticated margins". kindly suggest me a non surgical procedure,which can cure it completely.

I have lost on of my teeth when I was having dinner. I want to know the reason ? Is it possible to fix it again ?

Day before yesterday my front tooth Permenant dental crowns were fixed.now I am not comfortable with it,I feel that the 2front crowns r protruding out digging into my lips n even wen I smile only the front two teeth r coming out more n I feel that they are digging into my lips..I don't understand the problem,can anyone pl tell d reason,solution 4it
