Tooth and Mouth Problems

My tooth is numb I think. It doesnt feel hot or cold. Are all teeth supposed to feel something when I eat?

I am having pain on my left molars for past few days...it seems my gum os also swollen at that place..can u advice some domestic remedies?

I have been having toothache sensitivity that is after I eat sweets since 1-2 months I cannot eat anything too sour or too sweet Ever o use sensodyne toothpaste for this problem but no relief
