Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi there, I have a reddish/dark pink patch on the inside of my cheek that I noticed around 5 days ago. It is painless and the texture feels smooth. It tends to be brightest in the morning and fade considerably by the evening. What could it be?

I had catract surgery about two years back. No.w I want to go in for implants surgery for my teeth. My question is if I go for implant surgery does my eyes are effected or my retina?

My heart has sudden pain like pricking(needle) .. is it any sign of major disease?? It happens very often
