Tooth and Mouth Problems

Have an aberration on tongue left side which plays up off and on Been there since last one year. Itchy tongue can cause discomfort. Is transparent somewhat like bubble. SHown a GP about 2 years back and it had settled down with application Ken cort and some antibiotics. But reappeared. No pain or bleeding. Got tooth leveled on ENT suggestion

Severe toothache...need some painkillers to relief instantly. Then I can visit a doctor. Please refer any painkiller .

My father is 54year old. He had lost his all tooth form the lower jaw and upper part have some of tooth left. First he was advised not to set artificial tooth untill his gums get recovered because these are loose because of pyorrhea, now doctor is saying the artificial tooth would not work because it is too late the gums can't hold them? For 3-4 months I m facing problem of tooth enamel (front two teeth) now my teeth start looking translucent and also crack is present in my teeth. I went to the doctor they said I need to wear a cap and go through root canal process without x-ray. I don't think my teeth are that much bad. And I don't want to wear cap is there any other option.
