Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had lower right Jaw pain but know I got to know that it's 4th molar, I mean beyond wisdom teeth. How is it possible??

Left side jaw is swollen, not able to eat, swallow, pain. I guess it started day before yesterday when. i accidentally hit the gum with brush. Do you advise taking medicine or wait for it to recover

My sister is suffering from  decayed tooth in lower right jaw. Already she removed two of the teeths due to the same reason.while consulting about this pain to the family dental doctor he advices its not that much decayed, can clean and manage with the medicine .. But my sister is suffering from severe pain. Pls advice whether to remove or continue the medicine.

Premoler teeth both side give pain and font upper two teeth canine is erosion it how to fill erosion teeth please say me.
