Zig zag arrangement of teeth both on upper and lower jaws Can't smile like normal people Seems as if they are coming out

I got black mark in side my cheek , was eating pan masala . Since last 2 month and it's not going. I been to my physician he said then it will convert in white and I will loose felling in that area . It can be lead to cancer. Is it true ??

I myself extracted infected tooth but its not removed completely now it is to the jaw level.i am scared would it be complicated situation??.How long does it take to extract a tooth in general...

Hello Nowadays often i feel that my gums are getting weak, even after eating an apple i feel my gums getting hurt and it pains, i hav recently started skipping my brushing from daily to almost on alternate days due to heavy work load and all i don't get time, and i feel my gums are leaving my teeths slowly and getting weaker. Can it be due to unbalanced diet or anything please help and what all to do for treatment.
