Toothache since last night
My teeth was broken in 1999 ,no proper treatment was taken at that time. In 2010 I consulted to a doctor he made a hole on the teeth to avoid pulp occuring, but that treatment was also not completed result of which my teeth got dead and get black. Now it is paining severe from yesterday night.

From your description it looks like the tooth is badly decayed & needs treatment. Leaving any treatment without the complete sittings can be very damaging for the tooth structure. I would advice you to visit a dentist as soon as possible to get the proper treatment & relieve you from pain.
Next Steps
visit a dentist.
Health Tips
please never ever leave your dental treatment in between,it is very painful afterwards as you must be experiencing now.
