Can filling or bonding be option for front half vertically broken teeth? Is there any advance treatment rather than rct and crown

If the vertical fracture is observed beyond half the tooth length it has to be bonded and crown placed. If fracture observed clinically does not corelate findings with actual complaint then there are more conservative procedures that u can opt for. Regards Dr nandish endodontist

Hi The treatment option will depends on the level of vertically broken teeth... Filling and bonding won't be such effective.....x ray(IOPA) Has to be done to check for the extent of the vertically ...In severe case of vertically broken teeth,Root canal treatment followed by capping is the only option

No.. RCT followed by Crown is the only option for vertically broken teeth.

Filling or bonding can be an option only if the pulp is not exposed. If the pulp is exposed, then its for your benefit that Root canal traetment should be done followed by a crown.

Hi... unfortunately Root Canal followed by zirconia crown is the only option. Veneering would help but temporary solution

Hie, when the tooth is vertically broken the infection has reached till pulp or nerves in common language,that's why in such condition complete root canal procedure is needed along with crown.
