Tooth ache in front lower teeth
I am having tooth ache in front lower teeth.In childhood this teeth was a bit broken and had started turning blck.I hate raw pear a day before and felt pain in the lower teeth on biting.since then it has been paining.

Hello
You need to visit a dentist and get an x ray done for the tooth.
That will be treated with rct. It has other options to treat but that can be discussed after seeing a dentist.
