Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have ulcers everywhere in month till my throat & almost everywhere including my tounge what should I do i can't even talk or open my mouth this happing from last 2 days.

Initially i had gap in the upper jaw left corner but with the part one yea the gap has been spread throughout i.e both in the upper jaw and lower jaw. but the gaps are not of big sizes i.e the teeths are slightly away from each other

One of my front tooth got fractured... I met a dentist he did root canal removed nerve and inserted a post now after many months its shaking and I consulted a dentist .he removed outer part of the tooth leaving behind d root inside. Used gutta percha post nd built up a core,Trimmed my side tooth n placed a temporary cap.experiemcing pain now

Last 1 year gap arrive between my teeth . i cant eat hard things like apple I think its payriya but no symtoms see of payriya can you please suggest me why gap is arrive

Currently I am taking acne treatment .My teeth suddenly looks yellow in color .Sometime too much and sometime pale yellow. Is it a side effects of medicine or what should be the diet to whitten teeth?
