Tooth and Mouth Problems

My teeth (left side corner) has been filing by you since 15 July 2017. and after 15-16 days, it is too pain. Please tell me what is reason, Precaution and treatement.

I am Souvik Mondal and I 27 years old. l have a white line spot on inside the check. From last one year. I found it should be Lucopalakiya. I have stoped Smoking from 15 days, and I am also taking LYCORED CAPSULE. Is tahir any other Medicine, to remove the Spot?

My gums at the bottom have receded I've seen the dentist which is going to clean them., all though my teeth are clean and my breath isn't smelling I have gum disease I'm now cleaning the with an electric toothbrush flossing twice a day will my gums grow back? I did smoke up into 20 months ago

I can see white stuff in the left side of my mouth - after the last teeth on the tooth itself. It also keeps paining on and off and it becomes difficult to eat anything pointy - aloo sev, for eg. I also have a similar thing on the right side of the mouth behind the last teeth on the tooth - mirror position. I'm wondering if it's two wisdom teeth or I'm in early stage of cancer. I did use to smoke - but with a limit of 3 cigarettes per day. Attaching the photo of white stuff as well. Please help me out. Thanks in advance.
