Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have underbite and I wanted to know that is there any disadvantage of underbite surgery like weakness of bone or etc. After surgery I would be able function with my mouth as before? Plz answer to help me.

Having white patches in mouth with no irritation, inflamation. Took medicine but didnt solve the problem.

If i take an xray, how does the image tell if i need a RCT? I like to be sure as couple of dentist i met just said the symptom tell them so and told me xray might not be conclusive. correct?

Teeth are not becoming after brush from many years. I brush twice a day with Colgate paste. But, teeth are yellow

In Aug'15 I had to done RCT in my front teeth after instruction from one of good dentist. In Aug'16 I had to done one more RCT in my left upper side teeth. And now my wisdom teeth started paining from last two months, that I can not tolerate it now. Recently I had visited to a good dentist and he asked me to have a Xray of your complete teeth that I also sending to you as well. Please advise me suitable treatment and also I would like to save my wisdom teeth, if possible any treatment other than removal of wisdom teeth.
