Bleeding gum
To avoid this bleeding problem am using the listerine mout wash after using this little bit am feel ok but anyway am feeling my gumd are going down. How to avoid the gum problem. And listerine mouth wash cause any side effect?, can i use continuously?.

I suggest you see your dentist as soon as possible. Receeding gum is a sign that you need immediate treatment for it. Do not neglect bleeding gums.
