I had braces for almost 2 years . Then retainer for almost 6 -8 months . Then i stopped using it . Also the thin wire doctor put behind my 6 teeth was damaged within a month and i did not repair it . Now there is gap in my frint two teeth and it is increasing day by bay . Kindly help..

Lump in tooth gum

Painless bump/lump like swelling in the right hand side of the upper gum above the wisdom teeth. Not so soft to touch, almost feel like the gum tissue only with pimple like growth. No sign of pus accumulation since 15- 20 days. The size has increased a bit since the first day. Colour is almost the same like that of the Gum.

I hav something called Open bite problem

My upper front teeth never touch the lower front teeth. There is a big gap in between them. I can't chew and bite or tear anything from them. Although, by right and left side teeth touch each other and therefore, I am able to eat anything like a normal person.
