Tooth and Mouth Problems

It is just on sides on one side I want to ask can it be cancer and I don't have any other problem it don't pain nothing just a patch which is white it is in a line

When i was kid i used to skip brushing my teeth. M 23 now n my teeth are not healthy i brush my teeth twice daily but still they aren't healthy. M so scared to visit a dentist as i feel like after cleaning my teeth will b loose. What should i do?

I had a root canal done 3 years ago. The cap had chipped off and I didn't treat the tooth now I have been feeling sensitivity. I have pain in my left side lower teeth that is also called 'CHAUWA' and I have taken Xray of covering my full mouth.
