I had braces 8 years ago and got my Crookes teeth straightened after removal of four teeth (upper and lower jaw included. Now, it seems like due to relapse my teeth are protruding like my overbite returned. I'd like to know if this is a legit overbite,if yes what kind? ( Skeletal or dental) and what are my options to treat this.

Overlapped teeth same asize before

Can I regain my overlapped teeth same as before I mean 100% after cap fixing...can cap fixing can be overlapped tilted as my original teeth??? Is that possible?? My orthodontist said it is not possible but can get up to 70%... please advise...I want my original overlapped teeth back..

Hard swollen gum on the upper jaw

I have observed from past few months that I developed hard bony swollen gum on the right side, upper jaw above the tooth.. though its painless but when I smile it looks really bad.. its shattering my confidence..
